ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Holiday RV is looking for a dependable person with “drive” to join our service team. We are seeking someone who is energetic, optimistic and an experienced RV Technician with the ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of RV systems and appliances. Candidates should be honest, team players, willing to learn and genuinely care about their customers and co-workers. They must also have a positive attitude and a strong desire to excel.
This position is responsible to prepare and repair coaches for delivery as well as filling out necessary forms.
Job Description:
- Answer phone
- Greet cusomters
- Assist with cashing out parts and service customers
- Warranty Claim processing
- Cover the parts department on Kim's day off
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Pick up, process and deliver mail every day
- Weekly parts/service deposit
- Prepare title work for sales deliveries
- Process title work after the sale to send to customer and/or county clerk
- Monthly sales tax report
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Assist with advertising and event planning
- Stock in new units and trade in units
- Other duties as assigned

RV SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Holiday RV is looking for a dependable person with “drive” to join our service team. We are seeking someone who is energetic, optimistic and an experienced RV Technician with the ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of RV systems and appliances. Candidates should be honest, team players, willing to learn and genuinely care about their customers and co-workers. They must also have a positive attitude and a strong desire to excel.
This position is responsible to prepare and repair coaches for delivery as well as filling out necessary forms.
Essential functions:
- Capable of wiring in batteries (6vdc series & 12vdc parallel)
- Install hitches (class I, II, II, IV, V & 5th wheel)
- Install support equipment for truck campers (tie downs, air bags & wiring)
- Brake controllers (install, set-up & adjust)
- Trailer brakes (install, adjust, magnet ass., pack wheel bearings)
- Refrigerators (basics trouble shooting, 12vdc sequence, 12vac supply, check heating elements)
- Wire to tow (7-way plug, converter paks & diode paks)
- Water Heaters (trouble shoot and repair)
- Install accessories (radios, solar panels, back up cameras, screen rooms, fantastic fans)
- R & R holding tanks and R & R Inverters/Converters
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to read, write & comprehend English
- Detail oriented. Must keep work area clean.
- 5 years repair or technician experience; highly desired
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record
- Forklift experience, preferred
- Background check & drug screen required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push and pull
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability and willingness to work in excess of 40 hours a week with flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed
- Must be able to work 6 days a week from April through October
